A Biblical, Missional Church in the South St Louis Area
The Sanctuary is about more than an emotionally exciting gathering or a boring message preached in a language only bible scholars can understand. We understand that scripture is living and breathing and every human should understand the magnitude of God's incredible love as seen in and through the God-Man, Jesus Christ. We do not claim ownership of our church, rather we humbly raise up Jesus Christ as the head of The Sanctuary. We do not conceal any part of who Jesus is or sadly attempt to turn the church into a congregation that embraces man-made rituals or political agendas. We preach the gospel; we preach your redemption.
We gather weekly in two ways (also see Opportunities to Connect for other ministries):
- Small-group gatherings, where people connect with other people
each week to build fellowship and locate God in the ordinary.
- Weekly worship services to celebrate God's incredible love for the world. Worship features songs in a variety of modern styles that proclaim the love of God, and preaching from scripture. Check out the Service Times & Locations page to find which gathering best suits you.
